What is this resource about?
These courses aim to consolidate students' understanding of the linguistic aspects of the academic tasks they are required to undertake within their department. This will predominantly focus on writing, where language work will revolve around the structural and argumentative aspects of constructing an essay. Attention will also be given to the grammar and vocabulary needed for successful academic writing in the students' specific subject.
