New applications received after 12pm on Wednesday 27th July will automatically be added to our waiting list. All applications received after this point WILL NOT receive housing before the beginning of term and we would recommend looking for alternatives now. We may have vacancies becoming available throughout the first term but we can not guarantee this.
Updates
We are now nearing the end of the allocation process and will begin to prepare for our arrivals on the 23rd September. If you have received an offer of accommodation from us and have accepted your place you should be receiving your online induction shortly, which you will need to complete before arriving.
For those that have not received an offer of accommodation as yet, we will be making a small number of offers over the next week should any places become available. We will be in touch with those students who have not received an offer of accommodation once the term has started to advise of any vacancies.
Allocations
Please remember that we can only make an allocation when you have gone U/F on the admissions system which will normally take at least two weeks from when you submit your results. We are happy to answer any query you may have but please remember that we will not be able to give you a date when you will receive your offer over the phone. Please be assured that as soon as we are able to offer a room we will email you.
Accepting your offer
When you receive an offer pack this will include full details of how to accept your offer. If you are accepting your offer from overseas and are worried about the deadline for doing this please contact the finance team on 020 7919 7245 to pay your deposit and follow this up with your forms and clearly marked passport photos via post. For any applicants in the UK please do not email, just post the required documentation. When you return the paperwork to us we need to process this before we can finally confirm your place. We will send an email to confirm your place is secure but this may take up to 10 days after we receive your paperwork.
