Before you make an application

Before you can apply for accommodation for your Study Abroad/Erasmus+ programme, you must have formally accepted your offer to study here.

Once you have accepted your offer, you will be given an 8 digit student number which you can use to apply

Application deadlines

Accommodation is guaranteed for Study Abroad and Erasmus + students who submit their application by the following deadlines:

How to apply

To apply for accommodation you will need to register and create an account online. You will need your 8 digit student number. Once you have created an account, you will be able to login and complete the online application form.

Where you can live

If you're studying for less than a full year (ie one term) you'll usually be housed in Loring Hall. If you're studying for a full year then you can choose from a list of undergraduate accommodation options.

Autumn 2016 check-in and check-out dates

International Arrival and Accommodation: Move in on 16th September 2016

Accommodation Departure: Move Out by Sunday 11th December 2016 at 10.00 am
