Alumnus David Bracher has produced a book documenting his time at Goldsmiths from 1967-71. The book is an illuminating look at student life at the College supported by insightful written contributions from various students of that time. To celebrate the publication of the book, we held a book launch at the College on Friday 17 June. For pictures from the event see here. Books are availble to purchase from the website www.davidbracherbooks.com

This was the first official get-together of Goldsmiths alumni in France. The event was organised by Gareth Knight (BA Communication Studies and Sociology, 1995) and a small (but perfectly formed!) group of alumni met in Paris for drinks. The evening was such a success that another event is being planned for the summer either in Marseille or Paris. If you would like to receive details about this please contact us on alumni@gold.ac.uk.
The festivities were in full swing at the Goldsmiths Carol Concert. Over 300 alumni, staff, students and friends from the local community braved the cold weather for the concert which took place in the Great Hall. There were multi-faith readings, carols and performances from the College's Chamber Choir and Wind Band. After the music, everyone enjoyed some mince pies and mulled wine.
