Run by the Counselling Service

These will be one hourly sessions to think together about things that need to be done, and how to set realistic and achievable goals to get them done. There will be a maximum of 4 in each group. The groups will meet for three weekly sessions.

To attend the session you will need to book your place in advance. Details of how to book will be included in the student news bulletin sent out by Student Services closer to the date.
