Come and find out more about mental health, positive wellbeing and staying well at Goldsmiths.
There will be opportunity to give your own pledge to tackle the stigma that surrounds mental health and at 3.30pm Goldsmiths Students’ Union will be signing the 'Time To Change' organisational pledge to end mental health discrimination and stigma.
There will be a range of activities (including some artistic ones - after all, this is Goldsmiths) and some freebies!

Panel of speakers on various aspects of mental health from a range of perspectives followed by the opportunity for questions and discussion.

Matilda MacAttram - Director - Black Mental Health UK
Rachel-Rose Burrell-Murphy - Head of Counselling at Goldsmiths
