Delivered by Jan Shine

Change need not be dramatic or even negative for its effects on us to require some space for special attention and reflection. Managing transitions aims to help staff who have been through or are soon to experience change to gain greater insight into their feelings and reactions, particularly if they are struggling or need help deciding on which new paths to take. Colleagues will come together to work in small groups to share experiences in a supportive environment where Jan will explore with them tools for moving forward.
