For Heads of Academic Departments; Principal Investigators and Research Leaders to participate in this modular programme for academic leaders.
In this session on managing multiple roles, participants will explore the following areas:
Balancing differing roles to manage your time and organisational priorities, behaviours that affect time management – your personal style and how it impacts on your time management and on others, patterns of behaviour that matter, recognising and prioritising effectively and recognising and managing stress in yourself and in others.
