Give Back Whilst Having Fun
Giving your time to volunteering with a charity or non-profit organisation can help you to build new skills and having volunteering experience on your CV will also make a great impression with prospective employers. Even better…being a volunteer can be a great way to make new friends and build your network - all while helping to change lives for the better!
With this in mind make sure you come to our second annual Volunteering Fair run in association with Goldsmiths Students’ Union and CEN8. This Fair will see fifteen select charities visit Goldsmiths – all looking to meet you and discuss their volunteering opportunities. So come along and meet representatives from organisations such as Cancer Research UK, Mary’s Living and Giving for Save the Children and Pride in London.
