Step into Spring and try our free taster session in Chinese Dance for Health and Wellbeing
Taught by our Dance Teachers from Beijing Dance Academy, Chinese Dance for Health and Wellbeing will help you relax and unwind whilst strengthening core and posture.
You will be introduced to traditional Chinese health principles including understanding your Qi which is combined with dance postures and movement to create a full workout.
Come and take part in our bi-weekly Chinese Culture Salon Activities. Every other Wednesday, Goldsmiths Confucius Institute offers free activities from Traditional Tea ceremonies to Chinese Dance workshops. Open to all. 6-7pm
