Bank
The campus NatWest bank is open every weekday, providing a range of banking facilities and a cashpoint machine. A Student Liaison Officer is available to open accounts, offer help and advice, and to answer any questions you have.
University of London Union
As a Goldsmiths student you can also use the facilities at the famous University of London Union (ULU) in Central London. See the ULU web site to find out more.
ULU is a centre of excellence for student sports, competing at the very highest levels. There are also intercollegiate societies, covering the full range of interests from mountaineering to music, many of which appear at national events such as the Edinburgh Festival.

Cultural events
Goldsmiths holds a variety of events. Please see our current events leaflet [pdf] or our events calendar for details.
There is also music of every kind here: classical, jazz, contemporary, electroacoustic, world. The Sinfonia and Chorus give regular high profile public concerts (you’ll be eligible to join the Chorus and, by audition, the Sinfonia), and there are lunchtime recitals, performances by student-run ensembles, and gigs in the Union.
Accommodation
All halls of residence are within walking distance of Goldsmiths, with easy access to Central London by public transport. They range from self-contained flats and converted period houses to more traditional halls of residence.
