You can expect the very best in fitness instruction and programming from fully qualified, friendly staff. Qualified staff will supervise the facilities across all the open times.

Everybody undergoes a standard introduction to the state of the art fitness equipment, supplied by Pulse - a process that can be booked in advance, and takes about 30mins so that you are familiar with the equipment.

Should you require a programme of exercise, one can be created by the qualified instructors for you to suit your exact needs. Whether you are an advanced athlete regularly exercising or more of a novice just wanting to maintain a healthier lifestyle and feel better about yourself, we can help motivate you.

Class descriptions

Circuit : This is an excellent cardiovascular exercise class and can be very demanding with both strength and speed but is one of those real feel good factor classes.

Aerobics/Body Blast/Body Conditioning/LBT : A fun, dynamic and motivating cardiovascular workout designed to tone and shape whilst burning those calories!!

Step Aerobics : A fun exercise to music class based on the use of a step which will help to increase fitness levels as well as increasing fat burning benefits.

Group Cycling : A fun and energetic cardiovascular workout using stationary cycles that guarantees to leave you on a high and wanting more. Calorie guzzler burns fat fast!

Boxercise/Cardio Box : A Fun & energetic class one of the most effective forms of cross-training which combines boxing and kickboxing technique to ensure a diverse workout.

Yoga : Will help you stretch and lengthen your body, clear and relax the mind so that you feel calm and revitalised.

Pilates : Focuses on improving strength, flexibility and mobilization within the deep muscles of the back and abdominal area. Improves posture and helps create body awareness.

Street Dance : A fun & enjoyable cardiovascular workout teaching you the hottest & newest street moves dancing like a pro in no time!!

Tone Your BODY Tone Your Mind : Improve your posture, strength and flexibility with exercises based on a variety of schools such as Yoga, Pilates, Goju-Ryu

Capoeira : It is a native Brazilian Indian word given to a small partridge whose male is very jealous and engages in fierce fights with its rivals. Capoeira blends elements of dance, music, rituals, acrobatics, and fighting.

Please note:

  • All classes require tickets for entry. Tickets can be collected at reception up to 15 minutes before a class starts.
  • No admission to classes 10 minutes after the start time.
