Three meetings of the Board will be held each year, unless the Chair decides that there is insufficient business, in which case the meeting may be cancelled.
Terms of Reference
1. To advise the Librarian on the development of the Women's Art Library/MAKE held as a special collection at Goldsmiths, and on opportunities for its exploitation, dissemination, and interaction with artists and with other academic and cultural institutions.
2. To report annually to the Goldsmiths College Committee with responsibility for the Library (currently Learning and Teaching Quality Committee).
3. To ensure that proposals for major developments in respect of the collection whose implications require wider College consideration are referred to the Chair and Secretary of the appropriate committee prior to implementation.
