Online events calendar
Internal Communications manage the online events calendar. This popular tool allows staff to add their events to an online planner that profiles College events open to staff, students or the general public.
Post an event on the calendar.
Events that are added are sense-checked by Internal Communications, and then published to the calendar. Each week, Internal Communications compiles a College-wide gcinfo e-mail that profiles the events for the coming week. External Communications also use the calendar to compile the termly events leaflet.
