The Great Hall is one of the foremost acoustic venues in London and used frequently by orchestras. It can seat up to 580 people in the auditorium and 140 in the balcony.

With a large, raised stage area the Great Hall is the perfect venue for any large seminar, presentation, speech or rehearsal.

The Ian Gulland Lecture Theatre is a newly refurbished lecture theatre seating 290. Facilities include high quality video and data projection and dual slide projection for easy comparison of photographic images.

The Chesterman rooms

Within the Richard Hoggart building, these two linked rooms provide a pleasant meeting room or small seminar room environment.

Deptford Town Hall - Council Chamber

This grade II listed building, prominently positioned in the A2, has an impressive council chamber and 2 breakout rooms, including a board room. The chamber itself seats 150 people with additional floor space, the boardroom and additional room seat in excess of 20 people each.

An ideal venue for presentations, board meetings and smaller presentations or training.

Location

The majority of our conferences are held at the New Cross Campus. The site centres on and around one main building, allowing your group to be self-contained. Our accommodation is also mainly at this site in addition to the catering facilities. We also have a facility at Brockley with 1 plenary and six breakout rooms with 130 ensuite bedrooms available during the summer vacation.

Prices

Depending on the numbers in your group and your room and hospitality requirements we can put together an all inclusive delegate rate or just room hire.

Availability

We will require up to 24hours to confirm availability for your requirements. Residential conferences can take place from mid June to mid September but our other facilities are available all year round.

The Refectory

Close to the Great Hall, the split-level Refectory offers a large space for lunches, dining and exhibitions.
