Confucius Institute offers Martial Arts short course classes in Kung fu, Qigong & Tai Chi.

Increase strength, flexibility and coordination by taking part in our Martial Arts courses. Run by our very own Martial Arts master Dawei Lyu, you will be taught all the techniques from these traditional Chinese practices. With particular emphasis on "Qi" energy and controlled movements, Chinese Martial Arts are great excerices in improving health and stress release, building self-defense and bringing balalnce to your work/life routine. 
 
All courses are suitable for beginners and more advanced practitioners alike.

About your teacher Lv Dawei

Mr. Lv Dawei, your teacher, is a treasure trove of knowledge of the Martial Arts. Lv Dawei is a master of the arts of Taichi, Changchun Baji, Xingyi and Qigong. He graduated from the prestigious Beijing Sports University. He won the National Wushu Championship in 2006 as well as the championship of Taichi and Baji in the World Wushu Championships​ in 2013.
