I have just finished my PhD in Visual Sociology at Goldsmiths, University of London with a thesis on the affective geographies of class-based urban change in East Greenwich. “Walking on the Rim: Towards a Geography of Resentment” was discussed with Prof. Dough Harper (Duquesne University, Pittsburg) and Dr. Alison Rooke (Goldsmiths). The thesis was supervised by Prof. Caroline Knowles and Dr. David Oswell (both at Goldsmiths).
I am a visiting research fellow at the Centre for Urban and Community Research (CUCR-Sociology). Previously, I took the MA in Photography and Urban Culture there. I have worked as Tutor for the Dept. of Sociology for both undergraduate and master students. I have run several workshops on Zotero and other Open Source Software. I own a few second-hand laptops packed with Free (Libre) and Open Source Software (FLOSS) and proudly run Linux Xubuntu.
