Carl Endre Espeland

Carl is an MA in sociology from the University of Oslo. He is currently a PhD. student at the University of Bergen where he is working on the project "Transnational Networks and National Democracies: Political mobilization and engagement among young adults of minority background http://imer.uib.no/research/TRANSNAT.htm Carls thesis is focussing on identification practises among resourceful young adults who are trying to make a difference regarding majority-minority challenges through organizational activities, ad-hoc organizations and internet magazines.
