Copyright Matters
Customers are required to complete the copyright status declaration on their order form, to confirm that the material being reproduced is covered by the College's Copyright Licences, or statutory education exceptions, copyright-waived, copyright-cleared, etc. This is particularly important for Course Packs and Extracts, our records of which are periodically audited by the Licensing Agencies. Compliance with the terms of the Licences is regulated by the College, and breaches are subject to disciplinary action.
