Jordan's PhD focus is on asserting the benefits of co-creation and co-creativity as a means to develop re-directive and eudemonic design practices. He holds both a First Class BA (Hons) in Design, and a Masters by Research from Goldsmiths, University of London.

Jordan is the founder of two organisations, ALISN (www.alisn.org) and co-agency (www.co-agency.co.uk). In 2007, he founded ALISN (Artist-led Initiatives Support Network), which is a non-profit arts based organisation that nurtures creative potential through collaboration. To date, ALISN is an open network of over 500 individuals, and has created direct opportunities for over 100 members through 10 exhibitions and events. In 2009, Jordan started the co-agency consultancy, which seeks to explore, develop, engage and promote co-creativity in business practice.
