Kevin Spellman

As a PhD student in Goldsmiths design program my research focuses on increasing the range of possible design outcomes provides an innovative and more effective method of addressing complex design problems by guiding the design process more effectively by refreshing the ideation phase. I have conducted research including practice based studies with UK based companies (Symbian, Moixa Energy and Creative Lewisham) that resulted in the design of an ideation tool to increase design outcomes.

I have been a fellow of the Royal Society for the Advancement of the Arts since 2007 and a competitor in beach and indoor volleyball player; representing the UK in the 2006 European championships.
