Teaching
Currently, I convene and teach Modernism and Drama and The First World War: Modern Narratives, and I contribute to Moderns and Studies in Comparative Literature.

Research interests
I have written on German Politics and Business German, German literature of the Enlightenment, Emine Sevgi Özdamar, literary Expressionism, and the Expressionist playwright Georg Kaiser. Together with Prof Dr Christine Kanz and Dr Godela Weiss-Sussex, I am currently planning an international conference on Familie und Moderne (1880-1945), to be held in March 2012.
