Strategic Aim - Equality and Diversity

Our objectives are:
- To encourage participation from students of all social, economic and cultural groups;
- To make the College buildings and activities accessible to people with disabilities;
- To gather accurate data on the balance of gender, ethnicity, educational and economic backgrounds, and disabilities;
- To ensure compliance with equality legislation in all staffing and student activities;
- To mainstream equality and diversity issues within our policies and procedures.
