Disability - Equality and Diversity
Goldsmiths' Disability Equality Scheme and Action Plan ensures that all College policies, procedures and practices do not disadvantage or exclude on grounds of disability.
Goldsmiths is committed to viewing disability from the 'social model' perspective and aims to implement the scheme using a rights-based approach to equality for the disabled.
Annual Reports are published which include information on the College's Equality and Diversity networks; premises; training and awareness; communication; partnership and community links; and any other staff and student issues.
Student Support Services provide a number of disability services, including a dedicated Disability Co-ordinator who can help with access, facilities and equipment.
