The Estates & Facilities Department is responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of the university's land and buildings on the campus at New Cross and the Loring Sports Ground in Sidcup, Kent.

The Estates Administration Office is located at 9 Dixon Road. The office hours are 09.00 to 5.00pm.
