Estates Administration Office
The Estates Administration Office is located at 9 Dixon Road. The office provides all administrative and financial support to the Department of Estates and Facilites, including:
- Reception and general enquiries
- Maintenance Helpdesk (the processing of requests and assignment to the relevant trades service).
- Adminstrative support for in-house trades staff
- Processing of financial transactions for the Department
- Re-charges to other departments
- Facilities administration services
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Estates Management Statistics
- Maintenance of land and building records
- Management of maintenance contracts
- Energy and Environmental Services
- Space Management

- Coordination and delivery of new buildings and minor building refurbishments.
- Minor Works and Long Term Maintenance Projects
