Making Payment

Payment in person

Payments may be made at the Cash Office in the Whitehead Building during the hours of 9.30 - 12.30 and 1.30 – 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

You are advised not to pay large sums in cash. If you do, the College is obliged by the Money Laundering Regulation 2003 to report the amount to the relevant authorities.

Payment by cheque or post

Payment must be made in full. Cheques must be in UK pounds sterling, and need to be made payable to "Goldsmiths College". Please quote your invoice number or give your full name and address with the reason for the payment.

Paying by credit card or debit card

To pay by debit or credit card, telephone 020 7919 7930 during the hours of 9.00 – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Please quote your invoice number or give your full name and address with the reason for the payment.

If your card is not issued in the UK, you will be subject to a conversion fee or charge by your card company related to the value of transaction. If you choose to pay in your own currency, this transaction will be based on Reuters Wholesales Interbank exchange rate + 3% international conversion margin to replace the charge from your card company.
