HR-Payroll Self-Service Project

Goldsmiths is now providing self-service functionality within Pyramid, the College’s HR and Payroll system.

This gives employees and their managers access to key information. The first phase involves allowing all employees to view their own payslip and to view and change some personal data on the system.

To help staff with using HR-Payroll Self-Service we are providing a number of resources for staff:

1)    Frequently Asked Questions: these cover the main issues raised to date and some issues the Payroll Team think you may have questions about. Please let Payroll know if you have any other questions.

2)   Self Service Surgeries Drop-ins: we recognise that this is a significant change and that some staff may not be able to access a printer or computer on campus. See schedule for dates when you can visit Payroll or email us on: Payroll (@gold.ac.uk).
