Finance Information for Students
The Finance department is responsible for the control and banking of all sums paid by or on behalf of students.
Payments made to students for expenses, refunds etc are also the responsibility of the Finance Department but we will not be able to make a payment to you if an authorised payment request has not been sent to us by the appropriate department.
Our preferred method of payment is by the Bankers Automated Clearing System (BACS). You will receive payment more quickly if it is made by BACS so you are strongly advised to provide details of your bank account using the Student Bank/Building Society Form.

- We can only pay by BACS to a UK bank account
- If you have paid by credit/debit card then the refund will be credited back to the card used for the original payment.
