Welcome to Goldsmiths Learning Enhancement Unit
Goldsmiths Learning Enhancement Unit aims to provide all staff within the institution with scholarly, informed and principled guidance in relation to learning and teaching. We aim at to create an atmosphere that is conducive to practice based upon reflection, while recognising disciplinary differences.
GLEU embraces a view of change that is more akin to innovation, in that it is agentic, collegial, local, inclusive, paced and empowering for the whole of Goldsmiths. GLEU does not believe in a type of change that is short term, top-down and simplistically behavioral in nature. We support a model of cultural innovation that aims, ultimately, to create an environment that truly values learning and teaching in line with both departmental and disciplinary practices, and national and international trends.

Interview with Roberto Di Napoli
Roberto joined Goldsmiths in October 2009. Hallmark asked: how will GLEU work with the Institution?
GLEU will use these web pages as one dissemination channel to the College. During the coming months, as strategy and work with academic departments develop, additional content will be published, so please come back to our pages regularly.
