Used toner cartridges from photocopiers, faxes and printers (lasers and inkjets) can be re-used by the manufacturer. They are refurbished and re-filled for re-sale.
Several recovery schemes operate with Goldsmiths, helping you and the College comply with the UK´s waste disposal and health and safety regulations.
Keep all original packaging (usually a thick plastic inner bag and cardboard box) and once the toner or cartridge is empty, pack it back up in the wrapping (loose toner powders/inks can be hazardous to health) and contact one of the people named above.
