Korea Arts & Culture Education Service

In September 2009 Gerald Lidstone and Sian Prime created and ran a series of workshops for nine days for the Korea Arts & Culture Education Service KACES in Seoul. They worked with groups of staff from cultural arts education organisations, public servants responsible for cultural policies and for staff of KACES.

These workshops also provided the opportunity for the staff from Goldsmiths to become familiar with arts education and culture in Korea and speak to a great range of creative education practitioners and policy makers.

It is hoped that KACES and ICCE at Goldsmiths will cement their relat5ionship with a Memorandum of Understanding in autumn 2009.
