Chloe Seddon

After working as a dramturg and producer on a variety of creative projects during her BA in Drama and Theatres Arts, Chloe returned to Goldsmiths in 2007 for the MA in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy.During her time on the MA she worked as the Assistant Producer for ‘Shakespeare in the City’ a three-day youth theatre festival taking place all over the city of Liverpool during the 2008 Capital of Culture celebrations produced by the Shakespeare Schools Festival (SSF).

Following graduation she returned to SSF to work as Festival Co-ordinator for the North-West of SSF’s regular annual festival, managing the performances of 63 schools in 7 professional theatres across the region. She also worked on a variety of other freelance arts administration projects including work for NFA International and the British Council.

Chloe joined Michael Clark Company in 2009 and is currently the company’s Administrative Manager with a wide range of responsibilities including national and international tour management, marketing and fundraising. The company will premiere a new work commissioned for Tate Modern’s Turbine Hall in June 2011. She has also recently co-formed Contemporary Connections, an arts production company whose first project will be a concert of historical works and new commissions by women composers marking the centenary of the formation of the Society of Women Musicians.
