Matt Franzetti is originally from New York, and was drawn to the Arts Administration & Cultural Policy course at Goldsmiths because of its global focus and dedication to nurturing creative innovation.  He is interested in a broad spectrum of the arts, but has been working in the theatre from a young age.

During his undergraduate degree, Matt studied theatre and business administration.  The Arts Administration and Cultural Policy course served as a merger of the two fields, where he continued to explore the very fine line that is walked between creative decision making and economic realities.  While at Goldsmiths, Matt became fascinated with the relationship that can exist between art and science, and continues to explore this field through creative opportunities.

Previously, Matt has worked as a stage manager for “FAME” at the Tropicana Resort and Casino in the states, and in the UK has worked with the Ambassador Theatre Group, Minor Entertainment, Whippet Productions, and the Wellcome Trust. Matt currently works in a Broadway producing office that is dedicated to creating exciting, engaging, and entertaining work.
