InC was founded in 2007 by Daniele Rugo and Roberto Cavallini. Subsequently, the group has expanded to include representatives from across Goldsmiths’ Academic Departments. Details of the research Board Group and associated members of academic staff are listed below.

Research Board Group

Aécio Amaral (a.amaral (@gold.ac.uk)) PhD candidate, Centre for Cultural Studies, Goldsmiths. Research interests: Contemporary critical theory, post-Heideggerian approaches to technoscience, new critique of political economy.

Jolan Bogdan (J.bogdan (@gold.ac.uk))
PhD Candidate and Visiting Tutor, Department of Visual Cultures, Goldsmiths.
Research interests: Technology, performative contradiction, modern Eastern European history. 

Dr. Roberto Cavallini  (r.cavallini (@gold.ac.uk)) Research interests: The work of Hannah Arendt and Jacques Derrida, Pier Paolo Pasolini, museum studies and contemporary art theory.

Jenny Doussan PhD Candidate, Department of Visual Cultures, Goldsmiths.
Research Interests: Aesthetics & metaphysics; the work of Giorgio Agamben, Plato, Walter Benjamin; material culture and its history.

Dr. Magdalena Wisniowska Research interests: Aesthetic criticism and contemporary abstract painting.

Research interests: Eighteenth and nineteenth century philosophies of art, post-Kantian philosophy, Heidegger and Adorno.
