Outlook is the College's recommended email software for PCs. |

Outlook with Calendar is the recommended email software for users who require email and calendar management in one application. |

Entourage is the College's recommended email software for Macs. |

Oracle Calendar (formerly Corporate Time) enables you to maintain an online diary and calendar which helps your colleagues arrange meetings. It is available to staff users only. |

Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2008 is available to all staff for both PCs and Macs. |

EndNote Web helps you manage your bibliographic references and produce formatted bibliographies. |

Mailman is a web application to enable you to set up and manage email mailing lists |

BlackBerry is used to access your work email on your College supplied phone (Blackberry 8120) |

Other Email Clients - this pages contains information on how to access email on handhelds such as PDAs and Mobiles, as well as email software which is not supported by ITS. This includes your personal computer. |

Office Document Converters - install the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint file formats to convert from the docx file format and to .doc (and the equivalent for other MS Office file types). |
