The IT Services Help Desk
The Help Desk is located on the ground floor of the Rutherford Building. It provides a "one stop shop" for the bulk of services offered in the building. Here you can seek assistance with anything from general building queries to IT, printing and copying, Lending, Library and Media Services enquiries. Members of staff from IT Services and the Library will be on the front desk to attend to your queries and refer them as necessary.

What the Help Desk cannot do.

Laptop clinic
12pm - 4pm, Monday - Friday
The Help Desk operates an appointment-based laptop clinic for students requiring assistance with connecting their personal laptop to the College's residential or wireless networks. Due to the high demand for this service, bookings are taken to avoid long queues and unnecessary waiting times. If you require help with your laptop, please contact the Help Desk to make an appointment.
