ResNet-Gold

Student rooms in the following halls of residence have network point which allow the connect of personal computer equipment to access to ResNet-Gold, the College's residential networking service, and a suitable network cable is supplied:

• Chesterman House
• Dean House
• Loring Hall

Dedicated ResNet-Gold support is available during term-time between the hours of 12pm-3pm, on the IT Services Helpdesk. This service is not available during vacations.

Please note, however, that all postgraduate students in Dean house who experience problems will still be offered support through Helpdesk during the summer.
