Changing your ITS Password
You can change your ITS password by filling in all four boxes below.
Your password must be between 6 and 8 characters, and contain at least one number.
You may only use one capital letter (you don't have to use any though).
Support
This password change system requires a browser that supports "secure sessions" (SSL). Most modern browsers do.
Forgotten Passwords
If you forget your password, you will need to apply to the IT Services Help Desk for a new password (this may take up to 48 hours). Until the new password is issued, you will be unable to log in and you will therefore be unable to use any computer facilities in the Rutherford Building.
Please note that neither the IT Services Help Desk nor any other IT Services staff can find out a forgotten password for you.
