24/7 opening starts Monday 9 January
External users can not enter the library after 21.00 and if in the library should leave then.
The library will be self-service from 20.45 till 09.15 (11.30 at weekends)
Code of conduct :-
- Entry and exit by Goldsmiths' swipe card only
- Eating allowed ground floor only - no take-away meals allowed
- No alcohol or drugs
- Mobile phones - talking allowed ground floor only
- Rubbish - please use the bins provided
- Books and journals - put on the trolleys after use
- Look after your valuables
- If the fire alarm sounds, leave the building immediately, using the nearest fire exit
The Help Desk is now staffed 24/7. A basic service is provided overnight from (21.00 to 09.00) and at weekends.
What we can do

√ Accept credit & debit card payments for Library fines and sale of items £5 or over
√ Assist with printing and photocopying problems
√ Ensure that the Library is a safe environment to study in

x Accept cash payments for Library fines or sale of items
x Resolve complex Library account queries and enquiries
x Issue IT usernames and passwords
x Connect mobile devices to the wireless network
X Assist with software or hardware queries
