Electronic resources, including journals and indexes
Your Goldsmiths username and password will allow you to access most databases from off-campus. Please ask your subject librarian or Library enquiry desk staff if you have any queries about e-resources.
To find out whether the Library subscribes to a full-text e-journal, please check the Library catalogue. Select the search field, e.g. periodical title, or search for a keyword and 'perej' (a code for e-journals) e.g. education perej.

- Geoactive online Online secondary geography journal. Username and password required, available from enquiry desk.
- Geofile online Online secondary geography journal. Username and password required, available from enquiry desk.
- Ingenta For e-journals, currently in college only.
- ISI Web of Knowledge Arts and Humanities Citations Index, Social Science Citations Index, Science Citations Index; 1970-present.
- JSTOR archive The Library subscribes to the Arts and Sciences I and III journal collections.
- Literature Online (LION) Includes around 35000 works of English and American poetry, drama and prose. 228 full text literature journals and other key criticism, and reference resources.
- Newspapers are available via the Proquest database, from the mid 1990s to the present.
- PsycINFO Index for psychology journals.
- SDOL (Science Direct Online) for social sciences, psychology and computing journals published by Elsevier, including former Academic Press titles. Some go back to 1997, with full-text access indicated by a green icon.
- Sociological Abstracts Index for sociology, including access to Proquest Full Text.
