These photographs were taken at the first Live Sociology workshops of 2006
and 2007, on locations around Goldsmiths, and South and East London
The workshops were well attended with a wide range of researchers, academics
and postgraduate students keen and eager to not only learn about
photographic techniques and strategies,
but also to think about how visual images might inform an expanded notion
of what ethnographic
research is and could be.
