Yovi Jisun Song is a founder and director of Alpha Art Association (AAA) which consists of art enthusiasts in London and Seoul. Its aim is to share innovative ideas and to organize and present a series of artistic events in collaboration with creative people so that AAA could provide a bridge between people, culture and knowledge. Her one of recent project was Phobia which explores the concept of anxiety and fear. She curated several exhibitions such as Location of Reality for London Art Fair2013, Servicse Station at Walsh Gallery in Chicago, and Parasol at Gallery 175 in Seoul. Song worked for ARUMJIGI Cultural Keepers Foundation from 2003 to 2005 and 2007 and curated collaborative project with traditional craftsman, designers and contemporary artists which create harmonies between contemporary and traditional culture.

Song completed BA in Art Theory at Korean National University of Arts, Korea and graduated her master degree at Arts Administration and Cultural Policy at Goldsmiths College, London. She started her career as a writer for independent art project group, ‘theirplace’ in 2001.
