"I went into my degree with an open mind as I had not known what to expect in the first year for the foundation degree. I have found all of the lectures really helpful and they are keen on giving you a hand when needed. Having our head lecturer have office hours once a week brings the whole class the opportunity to approach and discuss about any topics we feel we need more help with. Alongside this we have a study skills lecture every few weeks to encourage our writing styles to thrive when producing our topic essays.

I have been having a wonderful time and feel much more confident stepping to the first year of the psychology degree as the experience I have gained from the foundation year will be one I can look back on throughout the rest of my degree."
