One of the longest-running and most acclaimed jazz piano courses in London, this course covers the technical, historical and expressive basis of contemporary jazz piano over the past 60 years. You should have some previous piano playing experience in classical, popular or jazz music. Classical pianists who want to play jazz are welcome. The practical approach, using two pianos for duet as well as solo playing, will enable you to start or (if you already improvise) develop as a creative contemporary jazz pianist.
