Professional and Community Education (PACE) course fees

How much do courses cost?

Fees are listed against each course. Find out more about our PACE courses.

The fee shown for each course is the fee for the 2011-12 session, and may be subject to an annual increase. Fees are shown, and must be paid, in UK pounds sterling.

How can I pay my tuition fees?

To complete enrolment you need to pay your tuition fees in full, return a Direct Debit mandate, or show proof of sponsorship. If you don’t pay your tuition fees, your registration may be cancelled.

Cheques
Cheques should be made payable to Goldsmiths, University of London. They should be drawn from a UK bank account. Please print your name on the back of the cheque.

Credit or debit card
Please sign and complete the credit card payment details on your enrolment form E1. If you have already submitted an enrolment form, call the Fees Office on +44 (0)20 7078 5311.

Direct debit
If you're on an accredited programme that's at least a year in length, and your tuition fee is over £220, you can pay in five monthly instalments by Direct Debit.

For your enrolment to be validated you must return a completed Direct Debit mandate by the end of September. Your first payment will be debited in October.

Direct Debit payments can only be made from a bank account with a UK sort code. Some building society accounts may not accept Direct Debits. If in doubt, please contact your bank or building society before completing the Direct Debit mandate.

Once completed, please return the Direct Debit mandate, ensuring that you've entered the student reference number. If the account holder is not the student, please complete the form attached to the mandate.

You will receive notification of the payment plan at least 10 days before payment is taken. It's your responsibility to check the first payment is paid.

Please note that any default in payment will result in immediate liability for payment of outstanding fees in full.

If you have any queries about Direct Debit payments, please telephone +44 (0)20 7078 5311 or e-mail fees@gold.ac.uk.

Sponsorship

If your employer or another sponsor is paying your tuition fees, please provide a letter from them stating that they're paying for you, how much they'll pay, and their invoice address. If your sponsor fails to pay, you'll be liable to pay the tuition fees.

Educational Maintenance Allowance (EMA)

Goldsmiths is not a registered provider for EMA students.

Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a course if it's not viable to run it. If this happens we'll refund your tuition fees in full.
