MPhil & PhD in Visual Culture

Student comment:
"Goldsmiths had always been a place where I wanted to study due to its fame for conducting world-class and politically engaged research in the domain of cultural production, and so when I got the opportunity to get supervision for my research on drag performance there, I didn't think twice before accepting the offer. The Department of Visual Cultures is, to put it simply, ace. Its level of engagement with all sorts of issues surrounding contemporary visual culture and cultural practices in general is so high and ground-breaking that not only do I get great and intellectually challenging supervision on my research but I also get the opportunity to be in a learning and research environment with other postgrad students coming from all over the world and working in all sorts of cultural fields."
