MSc in Rational-Emotive & Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

This is the first Master’s programme in Europe to provide extended training in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) through a combined approach of academic, practical and personal work. The underlying philosophy is that effective REBT and CBT therapists need to be able to develop, maintain and suitably end effective therapeutic alliances with different clients; and to master a broad range of REBT and CBT skills that can be used flexibly with different clients at different stages in the counselling process.
