I am a visiting research Masters student from the Radboud University Nijmegen in the Netherlands. I am doing my research internship at the Unit for School and Family Studies at Goldsmiths with Professors Peter Smith, Clemens Hosman, and Toon Cillessen as my supervisors. I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology.

For my Masters research I am studying social interactions on the internet and through mobile phones. In my study, participants from the DAPHNE project (in which several schools in the UK participated in 2007) are contacted as well as other young adolescents from 12 to 18 years old. They are asked if they would be willing to be interviewed through MSN-Messenger about their social interactions through the internet and mobile phone. This interview is confidential and anonymous (no names or personally identifying information will be released).

Criminal Record Clearance is available (concerning the use of confidential information and one to one relationship which includes a power imbalance and a (temporary) independence).
