External Quality Assurance
All HEIs are subject to regular audits by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education. Goldsmiths was audited by a team from the Quality Assurance Agency in 2009, and received a judgement of 'confidence' in both the College's management of academic standards and of student learning opportunities.

The Quality Office supports departments in their preparation for external quality assurance procedures, for example preparing for visits from professional and statutory bodies such as the Health Professions Council or OFSTED.
